Educated Seniors with their Devices and helped troubleshoot problems they may have had. Developed simple to understand Google Slides and Google Docs about various topics I also used Programs such as Adobe and IMovie to edit and create Videos / Cover Images. Due to it being remote, I communicated with seniors using Twilio Flex or Zoom. With Superiors, we communicated via Microsoft Teams, Email, or Phone. So I have become very familiar with this software.
